Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International orders can vary depending on location and customs.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what do I do?
Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after your label is created. If it still hasn’t moved after a few days, contact us.


Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.

I entered the wrong address.
Email us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update it. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, contact the shipping carrier first.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if I received a damaged item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are limited and depend on inventory availability.


Products

How do your shirts fit?
Our tees have a slightly oversized fit. If you want a more fitted look, consider sizing down.

Will sold out items restock?
Some pieces may restock, but many drops are limited. Once they’re gone, they may not return.

How do I wash my clothes?
Wash cold inside out and air dry or tumble dry low for best longevity.
